RETURN POLICY — ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Free Returns on Select Vacuums We offer free return shipping on the following products:

  • Select full-sized SEBO Vacuums
  • Select Riccar Upright Vacuums
  • All Miele L1 Guard Series Vacuums (M1 Guard and C1 excluded)

Where free returns apply, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label upon approval of your return request. All other returns are subject to the policy below.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, like-new items. To be eligible, all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

Return Authorization Required All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, email us at shopzerodirt@gmail.com before shipping anything back. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.

Photo Documentation Required: When requesting a return, you must submit clear photos of the item and all included accessories showing the current condition. This establishes the condition at time of return request and is required for processing.

Condition Requirements: We understand that you may need to try your vacuum to ensure it meets your needs. Items returned in lightly used, clean condition will be accepted without a restocking fee. However, the following will result in a restocking fee, reduced refund, or refusal of the return:

  • Excessive wear, scratches, scuffs, or physical damage
  • Pet hair, pet odor, or smoke smell
  • Missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging
  • Signs of abuse or misuse beyond normal trial use

Items determined to be damaged through misuse or abuse will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Restocking Fee: To ensure fairness for all customers, returned items go through a quick inspection process. In cases where an item shows significant wear beyond normal trial use, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. We'll always let you know before processing your refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted in product description.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping or carrier intercept charges

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned once opened:

  • Vacuum filters and bags
  • Air purifier filters
  • Chemical cleaning products
  • Any item that has been used, worn, or altered

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
